I can't believe it has been a year since this "Chunk of Love" came into my life. We sure have been busy getting ready for his birthday.
I decided to do a western theme party and to cut cost I wanted to do some DIY ideas that I found while playing on the internet. Thank goodness for the internet. Not sure what people did without it! LOL I even made my own invitations using pictures of Kash dressed in his cowboy attire and printed them in sepia so they would look old. The party was about Kash being "Wanted" for turning 1! I had pictures of him up everywhere and I made a western town out of cardboard boxes. We also had a hitching post with Kash's rocking horses for the kids to play on. It turned out to be a hit!!! We had a great time, but I could not have done it without my mom. She cooked all of the cowboy slaw (sloppy joes) and watched Kash while I ran around crazy. It was all worth it! That is too cute!! and I love the little cut out for the kids to take pictures in....very cute! ...what a talented mom!!!!
