I'm Back..

I'm Back!! Sorry for the long delay on posting. I have been busy spring cleaning which is no fun. Little man and I are almost ready to enjoy Spring if the wind will stop for a moment. If you have never been to Kansas let me inform you it has wind like you have never seen. Maybe its because they have no trees to block it...I don't know but it is crazy windy!!! While I have been spring cleaning I also have been trying to learn how to be a better stay at home mom...well really just learning how to clean better and how to prepare easy meals for my husband when he comes home. Cooking and cleaning are two things I hate to do, but I have to say I am becoming a pro...well at the cleaning...cooking may take a while. I learned one new recipe that is so easy and Kasey loves it...called Mystery Pie....thought I share it with yall ( you can never have enough easy recipes)

 Mystery Pie

Ingredients:  

• 1 lb. bag shredded hash browns
• 1 lb. hamburger meat
• 2 c. shredded cheese (your choice) 
• 1 (16 oz.) jar salsa
• 1 c. sour cream
• 1/3 c. mayonnaise 

Method: 
      Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Cook hash browns according to package directions.
      In the meantime, brown meat and drain.  Return meat to stove; mix in salsa and heat through. Once hash browns are down spread in casserole dish (9X13) then spread meat mixture on top.  Mix sour cream and mayonnaise together and spread on top of mixture.  Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and bake until cheese is melted.
